This Course will help you to relieve compression in the head, neck, and back. This can soothe pain and release both emotional and physical stress and tension. It’s also thought to help restore cranial mobility and ease or release restrictions of the head, neck, and nerves.  These 10 days is a viable solution for boosting movement of fluid, enhancing brain function and eradicating Brain Fog. 10 minutes a day helps to reduce stress on the body in numerous ways, including: Reduces chronic pain. Reduces chronic fatigue. Decreases anxiety. You may experience such a relaxed state that you feel like sleeping for hours. Or you may feel full of boundless energy. You may feel a decrease in pain or an increase in function immediately after each sequence or better call it session, or the effects may develop gradually over the next few days.Prepare for each session with open mind and don’t expect anything from your body. Let it do all of the moves with its own pace. Be thankful to what your body can do at the moment. Don’t push for more and more, use intelligent approach to each move, listening with your mind to the body movements. Cherish each little improvement and give gratitude for this. When your body is ready it will improve the range of motion and the mind then seeing this improvement will turn off the pain mode.
