Description

This course is for new HR graduates and professionals looking to make a career change to human resources. The course will benefit entry level professionals with little to no experience. Most entry level HR Assistant positions require employees to have knowledge on areas including but not limited to, I-9 processing, W-4 processing, benefits administration, and FMLA/ADA. If you are truly entry level, then you have no experience doing any of this work. The training in this course teaches you the fundamentals of these areas and then provides you with real life scenarios that you are likely to experience in HR. The FMLA/ADA and health and voluntary benefits portion of the course is great for people who have experience in HR, but have not really worked in these two areas. This training will help get you ready to start taking on more responsibilities at work.
